FALL Portraits Sign Up

Thank you for signing up for spring portraits at A to Z Building Blocks in Eagle Mountain! I will be doing portraits at this location on Tuesday, September 12 from 7:30 a.m. to around 10:00 a.m. If you would like your child to have portraits taken, please make sure they are in attendance during this time. The fall portraits are taken outside. Please include all children you’d like me to photograph, your name, and your email address. You will be notified by email when your portraits are ready.

If you would like your child’s folder in the gallery locked for privacy, please provide a password. If you leave the password field blank, you will not be required to use a password to view the photos.
