Mountain Sunrise Family Travel Session {American Fork Canyon} | Utah Family Photographer

So many of my sessions are families traveling to Utah from different states. It’s easy for me to take for granted the amazing landscapes we have here. I have done sessions in 3 different canyons, and all are within an hour’s drive for me. How amazing! This family wanted a mountain session, and we could only find time for a sunrise session. What great sports these kids were when they showed up in sun dresses and light jackets when I told them it would be “chilly” up there in the morning. (It was 50 degrees—a little more than chilly for these southerners!) We shot at Tibble Fork, one of my favorite locations for a sunrise, and I just love those beautiful colors reflected in the emerald water and the fact that I can get 360 degrees of mountain views.
